I’d like to propose a Dashboard for the community treasury.
This would show how much money is currently within the treasury. Then as we start funding development and projects using community funds, it would display what the expenses are, as well as what the revenue sources are.
This would then allow us to track accounting management reports such as:
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash flow forecasts
This would then allow us to appoint a Financial officer to manage the accounting of the treasury. I’m a former accountant and I’d be happy to get involved in this as I think this would provide transparency to the community on where their funds are going towards and the success/failure of the projects funded through the Treasury.
